1 - REGISTERING
The best way to finding the perfect property would be to register with an estate agent and giving them as much information as possible. This enables the agent to find you the perfect property, that suits all your needs. E.G. How many bedrooms and bathrooms you want, if you need off-street parking, looking to be within proximity to stations and amenities etc.
2 - VIEWING A PROPERTY
Book your viewings via phone or online. All our viewings are 100% accompanied, giving you the chance to ask any questions you may have, or help you with anything needed during the viewing.
3 - MAKING AN OFFER
Once you have found a property that suits all your needs, the next step would be to make an offer. Here you can stipulate any conditions you may have, which we will relay with the landlord.
4 - OFFER ACCEPTANCE
When everything has been agreed between the tenant and the landlord. Woodcote will have to conduct the following irrespective of us managing the property or not.
Tenant referencing (everyone over 18)
Arrange a tenancy agreement.
Collect payment prior to moving in
ID and current proof of address (Utility bill from the last three months)
Complete Right to Rent checks
5 - MOVING IN
Whether the property is managed by Woodcote or the Landlord, we will meet you at the property on the day of move in, with the keys and documents with all the information required.
